Agreement
This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the Lottery-Calculator.net Online Service. By using the Lottery-Calculator.net website you (the “User”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website.

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at Lottery-Calculator.net website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. • Members must be at least 18 years of age. Lottery-Calculator.net may require that you provide sufficient proof of age or identity. By registering, you verify that your country of residence is the same as your billing address.
  
• Members who create a Lottery Calculator Account will receive a password. Each Member is entirely responsible for any and all activities conducted through his or her Lottery Calculator Account. Member agrees to notify Lottery Calculator immediately of any unauthorized use of Member’s password or account as well as of any other breach of security that may affect Lottery Calculator.
  
• Members are not allowed to share their account with any other person. Breaching this condition will result the termination of membership without compensation.
  
• You further agree not to post images and screenshots of the Lottery Calculator screens on any other forum, site, blog or publication.
  
• Members whose accounts have been terminated by Lottery Calculator may not access the Site without the express written permission of Lottery Calculator. An active Member may not knowingly allow any terminated Member to use an active Member’s account.

2. Membership Fee and Refund Policy

• Lottery-Calculator.net membership fee is billed on a yearly basis. Members may cancel the membership at any time. The MEMBERSHIP FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE, ONCE BILLED.
  
• By starting your Subscription, you are expressly agreeing that Lottery Calculator is authorized to charge you a Subscription membership fee to the Payment Method you provided during registration.
  
• Fees and charges are subject to change with notice. As used in these Terms of Service, “billing” shall indicate a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. Lottery Calculator shall be under no obligation to refund any Subscription membership fee under any circumstances.

3. Warranties and Responsibilities
The site is provided by Lottery-Calculator.net on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lottery-Calculator.net makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Lottery-Calculator.net shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. Lottery-Calculator.net disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, therefore the above-referenced exclusion is inapplicable. The case studies and examples provided are not typical results and in no way reflect the results of any given user.

6. Modifications and Interruption to Service
Lottery-Calculator.net reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the User. Lottery-Calculator.net shall not be liable to User or any third party should Lottery-Calculator.net exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. User acknowledges and accepts that Lottery-Calculator.net does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
